Cum procedati cu clientii nesiguri si care ezita sa ia o decizie?

Clientii ezitanti reactioneaza foarte bine daca le intariti increderea prin exemple de clienti aflati in situatia lor. Evocati referinte adaptate situatiei lui in schimb nu faceti acelasi lucru cu un om extrem de sigur si orgolios pentru ca e foarte posibil sa-i starniti o reactie adversa
