atunci cand intrevederea cu clientul este prea rigida si se pare a se incheia intr-o nota le fel de rece ati putea sa-l intrebati  cand va apropiati de incheierea convesatiei ”mai este vre-o intrebare importanta pe care am uitat sa va adresez?:)”
